Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Stone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Reno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Reno. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
