Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Cedar Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Reno with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
