Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Ironwood Cross Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
