Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Charlotte with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
