Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Summit Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Kansas City plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
