Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Lumen Birch Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Phoenix, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
