Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Summit Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Denver region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 427 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
