Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Northwind Timber Manufacturing makes precision components in Detroit. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
