Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Nova Fox Construction Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
