Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
