Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Silverline Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Columbus, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
