Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
