Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Basin Health Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
