Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Bright Lakeside Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Toledo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 636 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
