Fernwood Vale Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 401 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests.
