Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Silverline Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Charlotte supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
