Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Rivermark Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Toledo region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
