Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Amberfield Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Toledo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
