Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Northwind Vista Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
