Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Nova Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Toledo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 739 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
