Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Silverline Meadow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Atlanta, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
