Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
