Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Fernwood Cross Facilities Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
