Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Pittsburgh design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 857 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
