Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Foxglove Thistle Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
