Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 870 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
