Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Redstone Field Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
