Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Ironwood Bridge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 784 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
