Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Sable Auto Group is a Colorado Springs company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
