Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Colorado Springs, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
