Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Ironwood Vale Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 697 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines.
