Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Westbrook Birch Energy is an energy provider in Columbus focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
