Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Fernwood Labs is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
