Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Lumen Fern Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
