Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
