Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Stonegate Fox Construction is a Portland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
