Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Stonegate Quarry Freight Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
