Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing is a Madison manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
