Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
