Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Birmingham supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
