Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Stonegate Wren Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Savannah. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
