Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Stonegate Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Columbus, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
