Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Miami region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
