Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Bright River Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Richmond region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
