Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Fernwood Sparrow Facilities looks after properties across the Salt Lake City region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
