Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
