Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 671 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
