Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Redstone Summit Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
