Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Boston. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
