Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Milwaukee working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
